The laminated glass equipment adopts the principle of vacuum heating. After the glass is put into the vacuum bag, the vacuum system is used to evacuate the air in the glass in the vacuum bag to reach a vacuum state, thereby ensuring that no bubbles can occur between the glasses. Vacuum pressure is used (no need Autoclave) pressurizes the glass and melts the film at high temperature, thereby firmly bonding the two pieces of glass together to produce laminated glass. The new laminated glass equipment can also process PU advanced bulletproof film.

1 Architectural laminated glass can be used for: curtain walls, doors and windows, awnings, lighting roofs, balcony guardrails, stair handrails, exterior windows, columns, spiral stairs. The glass produced complies with the construction CCC certification.

2. Decorative laminated glass includes: laminate real flower, laminate fabric, laminate feather, colored laminated glass, coffee table glass, tempered glass, wall cabinet door, marble laminated glass, etc.

3 Laminated glass equipment adopts human-machine dialogue and computer control, and all procedures are completed automatically. The equipment adopts PLC programming, the temperature control is more precise, and the time and temperature can be adjusted arbitrarily according to different glass thicknesses to ensure the product qualification rate.

4. The laminated glass equipment has a stable vacuum system to achieve continuous work, which improves work efficiency and achieves high output.

5. The laminated glass equipment uses a patented heating system, which heats up quickly and consumes less power.

6 Compared with autoclave, this laminated glass equipment has less investment, low cost and simple operation.

7. This laminated glass equipment can cooperate with the autoclave to complete the production of curved laminated glass from PVB film. It is the most ideal curved laminated glass laminating equipment.
