To firmly establish the safety philosophy of “safety first, prevention-oriented, and comprehensive management,” reinforce work safety responsibilities, and enhance the safety awareness and emergency response capabilities of all employees, Fangding Technology Co., Ltd. recently organized an internal work safety training session. All department heads, frontline workers, and safety management personnel attended the training, which was led by key members of the company’s safety management department.
At the outset of the training, the company’s leadership delivered a mobilization speech, thoroughly elaborating on the importance and urgency of current work safety efforts. They emphasized that work safety serves as the bottom line and lifeline for the company’s high-quality development, requiring all personnel to remain vigilant at all times, resolutely eliminate complacency and a “lucky escape” mentality, and effectively implement safety responsibilities at every position and in every process, ensuring that knowledge is put into practice and theory is integrated with action.
Grounded in the company’s actual production and operations, the training combined theoretical knowledge with practical application. Trainers used common internal safety hazards and past safety incidents to provide clear and accessible explanations of work safety laws and regulations, the company’s safety management systems, and job-specific safety operating procedures. They delivered detailed explanations on key topics such as safe equipment operation, hazard identification, regulations for electricity and fire use, and hazard identification and rectification. They also thoroughly analyzed the dangers and consequences of violating safety protocols, guiding participants to proactively identify safety hazards in their own workstations.
Interactive sessions were incorporated into the training. Participants shared safety experiences and raised safety challenges encountered in their daily work based on their specific roles. Trainers patiently addressed each question to ensure the training content was thoroughly understood and internalized. This internal safety training further solidified the foundation of the company’s safety production management and effectively enhanced the safety literacy and sense of responsibility among all employees. Moving forward, Fangding Technology will conduct regular internal safety training, improve long-term safety management mechanisms, and strengthen the safety production defense line.
