1,Double convection circulation heating system
equipped with two independent heating rooms ,each of them has its own control system,evenly distributes 304 stainless heating tubes,heat up fast and efficient.it can produce different kinds of glasses at the same time.
2,Electronic control system
equipped with famous brand electronic elements, like :Siemens or Schneider .the PLC adopts Siemens,equipped with a remote controller ,easy to operate .all the needed data can be set on the touchable screen,the programming system is self-developed by our own electrical engineer,which is highly match with all the functions .
3,Vacuum system
equipped with two wind-cooling vacuum pumps,each of them has a vacuum buffer tank ,in case of suddenly power off,
it can make sure the vacuum degree in the silicone bags no change within 30mins ,they could continuously work for 24 hours.
4,Silicone bag
the raw materials are imported from overseas ,this is a kind of high tear resistant and high temperature resistant silicon bag with better seal and longer service life,each silicone bag has 2pcs of Teflon meshes to protect silicone bag from being broken.
5,Automatic lifting table
this smart lifting table is control by a remote controller ,it can lift the operate platform to the exact position ,slide in and out easily. more safety and convenient .
